Let me start out by saying that as much as we all feel that we can do it all - we can't! You may go through periods of time where you feel super-human, have lots of energy and feel like you can accomplish all the things on your to do list on top of taking care of little humans. However, there is only so long you can go, go, go until you eventually crash.
Most people start exercising because they want to lose weight, but there are so many other benefits to exercising. Natural endorphins release, stress management, disease management/prevention, memory boost - just to name a few.
Being a mom is the most rewarding things in the world, but it can also often be a very lonely place to be. We often feel like we lose our individual identities after becoming a parent and live our lives to serve others.
This weeks post is about the importance of spending time alone. As busy moms, alone time is very precious and we may not have an opportunity for large chunks of it, but ANY alone time is better than nothing at all
